Lovely detached fisherman's cottage, fully renovated in 2013, with Sea views from the terrace and upstairs. Key features: 50 m from the Sea as the crow flies, 400 m from the Beach and GR34, 1 km from the shops. Plougrescant and its coast are known for being wild, invigorating and authentic, and this is certainly what you'll feel when you come and stay in this cosy Holiday cottage. Not to be missed: the superb little town of Tréguier, 8 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit, separate toilet. Upstairs: a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed and a relaxation area with sofa and Sea view. Garden shed with laundry area, washing machine and storage space. Enclosed 450 m² garden with terrace overlooking the Sea and the little port of Bec Vilin (a fence is available to enclose the entrance to the Holiday cottage). Parking space in the courtyard.

Gîte très bien situé en bordure de la mer dans un cadre très agréable et calme proche de toutes commodités. Propriétaires sympathiques chaleureux.
Secteur géographique très bien situé pour visiter le pays, pour les loisirs culture, gastronomie, sport...de quoi remplir un bel agenda vacancier.
Gîtes de France au top pour faciliter les réservations et toutes infos administratives.
