Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
Overlooking the sea, where you can see the entire Ile Grande, this brand-new eco-friendly and socially responsible guesthouse (profits are donated to a local organization) has just been renovated and expanded using wood from the property that was damaged in the last major storm.
As the outdoor areas are still under development, you may come across a vegetable garden, a forest garden, an exotic greenhouse, and a few dogs and cats on the property. Out of environmental concern, all restrooms feature odorless composting toilets, which are cleaned and changed daily by the owners. Here, resilience takes on real meaning; preserving the ecosystem and living simply are the project’s guiding principles to minimize environmental impact; as evidenced by the rainwater collection tank, the geothermal heat pump for heating and hot water, the reuse of materials, and the secondhand furniture and decor (except for the bedding).
Chloé and Jérémie, who live on the neighboring lot, want to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. All of this adds extra meaning to their daily lives in the heart of one of Brittany’s most beautiful coastlines.
Trébeurden alone boasts the Quellen marsh, numerous beaches facing different directions, a renowned harbor, water sports, Restaurants, and oyster farms—all just a 10-minute walk away!
The 4 bed and breakfast rooms are spread over 3 levels and each has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and dry toilet:
- Ground floor: Rosa Parks, 1 double bed (160x200),
- On the first floor on the left: Bell Hooks, 1 double bed (160x200),
- On the first floor on the right: Mamie Blue, 1 double bed (160x200),
- On the second floor under the roof: The Préciado Family Suite, 1 double bed (160x200) in one bedroom, 2 single beds (90x200) in the second bedroom.
Available on the ground floor: shared welcome tray, fridge/freezer in the common area, books, board games, and Molky.
This is also where vegetarian breakfasts will be served, featuring mostly homemade items such as bread, pastries, fruit from the orchard, and more.
At the back: open bike shed with electrical outlets.
At the base of the north facade: a large private parking area.
Here, in this idyllic setting, every effort is made to be environmentally friendly.
