Quiet, detached thatched cottage dating from 1647, built of local stone, set in a green setting surrounded by calm, verdant meadows. Saint-Ygeaux, a commune in bloom, is 12 km from Lac de Guerlédan (water sports), close to the Quénécan forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, and less than an hour from the North and South coasts of Brittany. Access to the gîte is via a dead-end road with trees.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting room (fireplace with insert). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with bath and towel warmer, wc. Courtyard and lawn. Horses welcome on site.

Famille K Séjour reposant
Retour de notre séjour d'une semaine dans ce charmant gîte. Environnement calme et reposant, en pleine nature, profiter du jardin et de la terrasse en soirée fut un vrai plaisir. La maison a le charme de l'ancien, pierres apparentes, fraîcheur des murs épais et ses inconvénients, luminosité, parquet qui craque et confort sonore relatif. Vous pouvez partir l'esprit serein avec seulement votre valise de vêtements. Absolument tout est présent sur place et c'est vraiment très appréciable. Quant à l'accueil, il fut excellent : un vrai échange, des conseils de choses à voir et à faire pendant le séjour, petits présents et dépliants du coin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir encore plus le Kreiz Breizh. Merci !

Samisa Un hâvre de tranquillité au milieu des arbres
Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis.
Craignant la chaleur en ce mois de juillet, nous avions choisi cette maison ancienne et le rez-de-chaussée est en effet frais.
Il est possible de prendre les repas devant ou derrière en fonction du soleil ou du vent.
La maison est isolée et le village est modeste, sans commerces.
