Between land and sea, not far from the picturesque town of Quintin, Philippe and Régine welcome you for a relaxing stay. Close to hiking trails, the Bois de la Perche, the Chaos du Gouet and the Goëlo coast (25km, or around 20 minutes by car) with its beaches, Les Rosaires, Binic, Plouha... L'Outë is the ideal base for exploring the Bay of Saint Brieuc. Shops and amenities 4km away.
Your vacation rental, adjoining that of the owners, is organized on two levels.
- First floor: living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, separate toilet.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms with 140cm beds, one bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 bed, a shower room, separate WC.
- Outside:
Terrace to the front of the Holiday cottage, garden with lawn to the rear of the Holiday cottage. Games of boules on the property.
Courtyard shared with the owners for vehicle parking, plus 2-car carport.

Floflo Séjour du 2 au 9 août
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Philippe et Régine Laigle qui nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Le gîte est très propre, bien agencé avec des couchages de très bonne qualité. Un plus,les lits étaient faits gratuitement à notre arrivée. Les enfants ont pu bénéficier de jeux de boules prêtés par les propriétaires.

Le gîte correspond bien à la description. L'environnement fleuri est un enchantement. Rien ne manque et tout est en bon état. Le gîte était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée : merci pour ça car c'est très important ! Nos hôtes ont été très sympa : accueillants, disponibles si besoin mais toujours discrets.

Quinou Une parenthèse enchantée au coeur de la Bretagne
La situation exceptionnelle de ce gîte nous a offert la possibilité de visiter au gré de nos envies quelques sites remarquables des Côtes d' Armor, entre Armor et Argoat.
L'accueil chaleureux et simple de Régine et Philippe ont également grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

FDL95 Gîte agreable
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille à Carbrien. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants, discrets et à l'écoute. Pas très loin toutes les commodités. Accès rapide à la route. Proche de sites avec de jolies balades : chaos du gouet, sainte Anne du Houlin et son restaurant le color, Quintin, le moulin de la perche... Bref, il n'est pas exclu que nous y revenions même si nous avons eu droit à un beau temps breton avec toutes ses variations.
