Between land and sea, not far from the picturesque town of Quintin, Philippe and Régine welcome you for a relaxing stay. Close to hiking trails, the Bois de la Perche, the Chaos du Gouet and the Goëlo coast (25km, or around 20 minutes by car) with its beaches, Les Rosaires, Binic, Plouha... L'Outë is the ideal base for exploring the Bay of Saint Brieuc. Shops and amenities 4km away.
Your vacation rental, adjoining that of the owners, is organized on two levels.
- First floor: living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, separate toilet.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms with 140cm beds, one bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200 bed, a shower room, separate WC.
- Outside:
Terrace to the front of the Holiday cottage, garden with lawn to the rear of the Holiday cottage. Games of boules on the property.
Courtyard shared with the owners for vehicle parking, plus 2-car carport.

Gite avec un parking couvert pour deux voitures.
les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est de très bonne qualité.
Rien à dire sur les autres pièces à vivre, le gite est conforme à la description du site.

Marion Très belles vacances dépaysantes
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Brandan.
Le gîte est au calme; idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer.
Le gîte est propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable et de qualité.
De par sa situation géographique, un lieu idéal pour visiter le nord des Cotes d'Armor.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
