Visit the charming little town of Plougrescant, 1.5 km away, and discover Tréguier, a magnificent little "Cité de caractère", 10 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: large living room with equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with en-suite bathroom with large shower, separate toilet with washbasin, laundry room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 180x200 cm double bed and baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 double bed) and 2 interconnecting bedrooms (3 x 90x190 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Land of 1200 m². Garage converted into gaming room with table tennis.

David Le gîte idéal
Le gîte Lou-Ann offre tout ce qu'un lieu de vacances peut donner : une belle maison de pierre, vaste, lumineuse, chaleureuse et confortable, un emplacement idéal puisque des fenêtre on voit la mer et les roches étranges qui parsèment ce littoral. On y accède en dix minutes par un superbe chemin bordé de vieux murets. On se trouve jamais loin des lieux incontournables : Plougrescant et son gouffre, Tréguier, sa cathédrale et ses jardins de Kerdalo, Perros Guirec et sa côte de granit rose. L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires est irréprochable. Bref, avec un rapport qualité-prix plus que favorable, on ne peut que recommander avec le plus grand enthousiasme de réserver au plus vite le gîte Lou-Ann.

Aliled Vacances avec des amis
Très belle maison tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là ,et un jardin grand et bien entretenu , avec une belle vue sur la mer et environ 10 min. à pied pour aller a la plage.
Dans un endroit calme où vous pourrez vraiment vous détendre.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils, discrets et là en cas de besoin. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander et nous reviendrons.
