This detached vacation home, built in 2025, can accommodate up to 8 people and is the ideal place for a vacation by the Sea.
Ideally located, it's within walking distance of two beaches: La City Berneuf beach, just 850 m away, where the fine sand stretches as far as the eye can see to the rhythm of the tides, offering an immense area of freedom for young and old alike, and Saint-Pabu beach, 1 km away, renowned for its fine sand and unspoilt natural environment. You'll be staying in Pléneuf-Val-André, an elegant seaside resort nestled between the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area: the port of Dahouët is 6 km away, Cap d'Erquy 8 km, Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte around 23 km. The GR34 footpaths, renowned for their exceptional panoramic views of the coast, are also in the immediate vicinity, while thrill-seekers can try their hand at paragliding, just 150 m from the Holiday cottage: two exceptional take-off sites offer spectacular panoramic views of the coast.
