Beautiful, bright and spacious stone house facing a small private pond where fishing enthusiasts can try their hand. This rental is located next to rental 570205, in a pleasant setting near the banks of the Rance river. 1.5 km from shops. Take advantage of your stay to visit Dinan, a small medieval town 12 km away, renowned for its castle, cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, port and craft shops. You're just 9 km from the beaches of the famous seaside resort of Dinard and 12 km from the corsair town of Saint-Malo.
You enter your rental property via the veranda. The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with flat-screen TV, laundry room and toilet. On the 1st floor, one bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the other a 90x190 bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor, an attic bedroom with exposed beams offers 1 bed 160x200, the bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. All baby equipment is at your disposal. There's also a private south-facing terrace. The property has an unsecured pond, so special care is recommended with Kids.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, comme d habitude. Le gîte est impeccable, très propre, fonctionnel
avec un étage par couple. La décoration n est pas chargée et il était agréable de boire l apéritif le soir dans le canapé confortable !!. L extérieur est reposant avec les points d eaux, les canards et les chèvres. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques

la normandie Charmant lieu de residence
Nous sommes revenus avec plaisir pour un deuxième séjour.
L'accueil sympathique et convivial des propriétaires est toujours au top.
Toujours aussi attentionnés auprès de leurs hôtes.
Gîte confortable et très propre.
