On a one-hectare property, charming, detached Breton farmhouse renovated in 2010, close to the owner's home and sheep paddock. Ideal location: 1 km from the Sea, accessible by footpaths and small roads. The Bay of Port-Blanc, its beaches and islands are 3 km away. If you're in the mood for sporting activities, the Port Blanc Nautical Base is just 3 km away, as is the equestrian center and the educational farm. Families can also entertain their Kids at Cap Armor. Perros-Guirec 10 km away, Tréguier 8 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room (deco fireplace) with attractive fitted kitchen extended by a very spacious sitting room with fireplace, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 beds 90x200 which can be twinned), shower room, separate wc.
Private garden of 500 m². Hiking guides and maps available.

Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit sehr, sehr netten Vermietern.
Es hat genügend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie und liegt am nördlichen Rande von Penvenan. Bis Port Blanc kann man zu Fuß gehen.
