Manon and David welcome you to their characterful estate, a beautifully restored former farmhouse, where they offer five comfortable accommodations for 2 to 8 people. But here I'm talking about the Holiday cottage Le Cottage, with its low entrance door - a nod to the modest stature of the Bretons of yesteryear - is sure to put a smile on your face and contribute to the authenticity of the place.

Inside, you'll discover a warm and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You have access to a beautiful Piscine area, designed for relaxation and refreshment, to be shared with other holidaymakers on the estate.

From the Holiday cottage, you can explore Perros-Guirec and the famous Côte de Granit Rose. Don't miss Ploumanac'h, an emblematic village with its little port, its Beach, the GR34 coastal path and its lighthouse dominating the rocks sculpted by time.

Your semi-detached vacation rental consists of 2 levels:
Ground floor:
- a kitchen-living room with connected TV (don't forget your codes!)
- a laundry room

1st floor:
- Bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed
- A shower room adjoining the bedroom
- Separate toilet

Outside :
South-facing private wooden terrace with plancha.
Common courtyard of 390 m² on north side with shared parking space and electric gate.
SWIMMING POOL 8mx4m, 1.5 m deep, salt-treated, shared with 4 other homes on the estate, equipped with a dome, heated, covered and available from April to the end of October.
