Here, rentals naturally benefit from the tranquility of the surroundings, offering the rejuvenation you're looking for during your stay.

From there, it's off to explore the Perros Guirec resort and, more broadly, the magnificent Pink Granite Coast, the nugget of which is the village of Ploumanac'h, with its little port, beach, GR34 coastal path and famous lighthouse.

1st floor:
- 1 mezzanine bedroom in the attic with 1 double bed (160x200).

Common courtyard of 390 m² on north side with shared parking space and electric gate.
SWIMMING POOL 8mx4m, 1.5m deep, salt-treated, shared with 3 other homes on the estate, with dome, heated, covered and available from April to the end of October.
