In a wooded, flower-filled setting, this former Erquy sandstone farmhouse has been transformed by the owners into a comfortable gite, where the combination of wood and stone gives it its charm, and the theme of the decoration is dedicated to the sea. Separate enclosed terrace with flowers. The calm of the countryside close to the sea. Tourism and Handicap label. Set of 3 gîtes set in 1800 m2 of partially-enclosed grounds planted with flowers and greenery. Free indoor heated swimming pool and tennis courts 700m away. Ideally located for excursions between Mont St Michel (1H30), the Côtes de granit Rose of Perros-Guirec (1 H) and Dinan and St Malo (45 mn), not forgetting a visit to the Ile de Bréhat. Nearby, the gite is ideal for walking or cycling, and for keen walkers, there's a 4 km walk to the beach, the GR34 customs trail, and of course a visit to Château de Bienassis and its woodland 800 m away.
Your vacation rental comprises ground floor: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin 1-person beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 twin 1-person beds), bathroom with bath and toilet. 30 m² enclosed terrace with flowers, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. Wood 30€/week on request. Extra-hotel services. Gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility. Shared with other gîtes: Games room (table soccer, billiards and table tennis), outdoor games (swing, boules, basketball, volleyball) and, 700 m away, a heated, covered swimming pool (open all year round) and tennis court to share with other gîtes.

Bien mais...
3/5Gîte bien situé et bien équipé avec une propriétaire sympathique et réactive ! Il demande cependant à être rénové car plusieurs choses sont vieillissantes. Par exemple le portillon à l'arrière et le passage où la végétation n'est pas coupée. Impossible à pratiquer seul pour mon mari en fauteuil roulant. Le pied du parasol cassé. La poignée du frigidaire cassé, ou encore l'allumage électronique de la gazinière qui ne fonctionne pas. Ce sont des détails mais tout de même importants lorsqu'on loue un gîte avec un niveau d'équipement 3 épis.

Gite agreable, bien situé mais à moderniser

Mais manque de modernité, électroménager vieillissant bien que fonctionnelle.
Mais tout y est lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro onde, cafetière, bouilloir
Équipements extérieurs nombreux aussi ( toboggan, piscine couverte chauffée etc) mais pour votre gite il fallait se deplacer plus loin- Cleanliness 5/5
