Our large gite in the heart of the Côtes d'Armor is ideal for discovering Brittany, unless you prefer to enjoy the charm of unspoilt nature on the banks of the Gouêt river.

Independent gîte in a complex, located near the owners' home on a 20-hectare property. Spacious and comfortable, this accommodation is distinguished by its harmonious decoration. You will appreciate the very pleasant view over a private wood from which start hiking trails that join the GR 371 on the banks of the Gouet. Possibility of accommodating your horses in 2 boxes. The pretty town of Quintin is only 2 km away.

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: fully-equipped kitchen, pleasant living room (with stove) extended by a south-facing veranda. Television (flat screen) + DVD. Bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room and toilet, linen room. Upstairs: large gaming room, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, wc. All beds can be converted into a double bed (160x200) or two single beds (80x200). Private garden of 1000 m². Rate €10/day for horses. Additional heating costs to be paid to the owner. Free service: you order your groceries from Leclerc, and the owners collect them from the drive and stock your cupboards and fridge. NEW!
