Independent gîte in a complex, located near the owners' home on a 20-hectare property. Spacious and comfortable, this accommodation is distinguished by its harmonious decoration. You will appreciate the very pleasant view over a private wood from which start hiking trails that join the GR 371 on the banks of the Gouet. Possibility of accommodating your horses in 2 boxes. The pretty town of Quintin is only 2 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: fully-equipped kitchen, pleasant living room (with stove) extended by a south-facing veranda. Television (flat screen) + DVD. Bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room and toilet, linen room. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, wc. All beds can be converted into a double bed (160x200) or two single beds (80x200). Private garden of 1000 m². Rate €10/day for horses. Free service: you order your groceries from Leclerc, and the owners pick them up from the drive and fill your cupboards and fridge. NEW! A gantry and a trampoline will delight your children during the next vacations! The ground floor can be rented (except during school vacations) for 2 people.

Je vis dans un site naturel particulièrement attractif et je peux y pratiquer ma passion qui est la balade à cheval, le long de la rivière, dans les sentiers boisés. Le spectacle est toujours différent, la couleur des feuilles, la présence d'un chevreuil, l'écoulement de l'eau ... c'est aussi l'occasion de croiser d'autres promeneurs et échanger avec eux.

5/5Si vous voulez un endroit au calme avec votre compagnon a 4 pattes,arrêtez-vous ! Le gîte est magnifique, bien équipé et accessible à une personne a mobilité réduite avec sa superbe chambre avec salle de bain et WC au rez-de-chaussée. Le tout au fond d'une impasse dans la verdure et un chemin partant dans le bois.

Endroit paisible, charmant, un vrai cocon
5/5Maison au calme, pleine de charme au milieu des bois. Chemin de randonnée à proximité. Commerces à 20min à pied en passant par les sentiers. Maison tout équipée, bien chauffée (nous n'avons pas eu froid une seule fois). Christine est amicale et à l'écoute. Séjour au top !

Beau gîte, belle location.
5/5Très beau gîte dans une location très belle. Proche a Quintin, une ville très jolie, avec des restaurants et bars, et deux supermarchés. Beaucoup de choses a faire près du gîte et dans la region.
Le gîte est très confortable, avec tous dont on pourrait avoir besoin. La proprietare est très gentille, avec un acceuil chaleureux.- Cleanliness 4/5
