Suspended above the wooded Pont Min valley, this unique south-facing Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house. Claude will welcome you with the same affection he feels for his village and the region. Passionate about the Sea in particular, he'll be delighted to show you around the area he knows so well. Just 3 to 4 km away, you'll discover all the beauty of the Paimpol coastline: port, beaches, beaches, woods, banks of the Trieux, abbey, museums, GR34 footpath, leisure activities, entertainment, restaurants and shops.
PLEASE NOTE: Tréguier, a superb city of character, is 15 km away, as are the gardens and château of La Roche Jagu in Ploëzal.

Your vacation rental comprises, on the first floor:
A living room with kitchen-living room and sitting area.
A sleeping area with direct access to the living room and patio, including 1 Bed 90x190 for 1 child or 1 teenager.
The 21 m² patio, overlooking the valley, features a dining area and a relaxation area. Two steps lead up to the master bedroom, with a 140x190 cm bed. This room also includes a Sauna, a large shower and a bathroom with bath and WC, all accessible by two steps down.
A baby bed and chair are available on request.
The 100 m² outdoor area includes a courtyard, a small garden and a terrace. Parking is available on the street at the edge of the property.
