Les pieds dans l'eau" is a 19th-century, south-facing cottage adjoining the owner's house. Every room has a sea view.
You'll be delighted to enjoy your meals and the outdoors, while admiring the magnificent scenery of the Bay of Paimpol.
Situated 2 km from Paimpol and 3 km from the pier for the island of Bréhat, this gîte enjoys an exceptional location...

Your vacation rental, semi-detached with separate entrance, is organized on two levels.
On the first floor:
A living room with kitchenette and sitting area (32 m²) with flat-screen connected TV
A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
A bathroom with shower,
Separate toilet.
First floor
A bedroom with 2 beds 90x190.
Outside area:
Terrace. Shared courtyard and garden 2000 m², garden furniture, barbecue, swings.
Direct access from garden to sea. Private parking.
Access to an electric car charging station is available for €50 per week. For a fortnight's rental, the rate is €20 for the 2nd week.

    Au bord de l'eau à l'automne.

    Excellent séjour, tous les critères de réussite étaient réunis, même la météo. Gite très bien placé, au calme dans un site enchanteur.Location agréable, fonctionnel, à la vue magnifique.Paimpol est tout proche.Mention spéciale à madame Denise,la propriétaire, personne bienveillante fragile et forte à la fois.

    Les pieds dans l'eau

    Séjour calme et serein au rythme de la marée . Vue magnifique, le GR passe juste derrière ce qui permet de voir des randonneurs .
    Un monsieur san abri vit dans un van juste derrière le virage , est parfois bruyant et son chien abboie beaucoup.
    Le gîte est très bien , tout y est .
    Il faudrait changer la planche de la toilette ..

    Concernant la présence de l'homme installé dans le van, la situation est connue de la mairie qui fait le nécessaire pour lui trouver un logement.
