Just a stone's throw from Pors Gelen beach and its sailing school, enjoy a relaxing vacation in an exceptional setting, with a beautiful sea view from the first floor! The owners have comfortably and pleasantly furnished this house so that you can make the most of your stay with family or friends! You'll be able to organize your stay between lazing on the beach or discovering Ile Grande by taking the customs path, and discovering the surrounding islets. 5 km from Trébeurden, 12.5 km from Perros Guirec and 13 km from Lannion.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall, living room with wood-burning stove (wood net at 5 euros), very bright living room, communicating with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room (shower and toilet), separate toilet.

    Séjour parfait!

    Accueil très sympathique, maison parfaitement adaptée à un séjour nombreux et familial, toute la famille a été ravie de ces vacances bretonnes à deux pas de la mer.

    idéalement situé

    Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Yann qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller. Le gîte est très spacieux, aménagé avec goût, très bien fourni et idéalement situé. Semaine fabuleuse malgré une météo parfois capricieuse. A recommander. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

    Vacances en famille

    Gite très fonctionnel et bien equipé, acceuil trés sympatique du proprietaire qui etait très à l'ecoute tout au long de notre sejour.
    Nous avons passé d'exellentes vacances avec enfants et petits enfants, la plage est à 1 mn à pieds.Trés jolie region.

    Superbe séjour "les pieds dans l'eau"

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 15 jours dans ce gîte suffisamment grand pour 12 personnes.
    La grande chambre du haut permet un "regroupement" des ados en "dortoir" :-)
    La grande véranda est un grand plus pour le temps breton.

    Superbe gîte très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la mer et très calme, même la journée malgré cette proximité.
    Circulation facile sur l'ile grande début juillet.
    Proximité de Perros Guirec appréciable pour les balades.

    Très bien équipé en vaisselle, ustensiles divers, jeux de plage, point de rinçage pour le retour de la plage

    Un conseil pour un moment fabuleux : faire la balade en mer pour les 7 iles avec la ligue de protection des oiseaux (seulement 2 jours par semaine). L'ile Rouzic (appelé l'ile aux oiseaux) offre une fééries avec les centaines de fous de Bassan volant :-)

    Magnifique

    Gîte très agréable, spacieux et très confortable .A 2 minutes de la plage et sur le GR , il est idéalement situé.
    L’accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte nous ont permis d’organiser au mieux notre séjour .
    Nous recommandons ce gîte sans réserve.
