This welcoming Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house, is an ideal base for exploring many of the region's places of interest.
Just 4km from the Holiday cottage, you'll find Pontrieux, a small town full of character with half-timbered houses and old stones, crossed by the Trieux river, which leads down to the English Channel. Located halfway between Guingamp and the Sea, you can discover either the Breton Countryside or the Costarmorican coastline - there's no need to choose, both regions are so interesting. And don't miss the Domaine de la Roche Jagu, a historic monument dating back to medieval times, with its remarkable garden. A must-see. For those who miss the sea air, the Goelo coast, the Bay of Paimpol and the Island of Bréhat are ideal for a breath of iodized air!
Your vacation rental adjoining the owners' house comprises on the first floor :
- a living room with open kitchen (pellet stove - invoiced according to actual consumption),
- a toilet with washbasin (access via 1 step)

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.
Man findet alles was man benötigt. Annie die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie hatte sehr viel Geduld mit uns, da wir kaum ein Wort französisch sprechen.
Wir hätten nur einen Bruchteil der Gegend erkundet, wenn wir die tollen Tipps von Annie nicht bekommen hätten. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.Danke, das wir hier zu Gast sein durften.

Appartement de vacances joliment meublé, situé au calme.
Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire. Annie, la propriétaire, nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Elle a été très patiente avec nous, car nous parlons à peine un mot de français.
Nous n'aurions exploré qu'une infime partie de la région sans les précieux conseils d'Annie. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.Merci de nous avoir accueillis.

rossignol calme et chants des oiseaux
Annie nous a gâté par son accueil chaleureux ainsi que pour ses crèpes et son cidre.
Gîte spacieux, nous avons pu accueillir la famille pour un repas. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. L'endroit est paisible au fond de son impasse, on peut profiter d'une grande terrasse avec le mobilier qui va avec. Nous remercions Annie pour sa gentillesse.- Cleanliness
