This beautifully renovated former farmhouse stands out for its lovely, secluded square courtyard: a must-visit destination in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, located in a small, quiet hamlet—perfect for vacations with family or friends. Everyone will enjoy their privacy, as all 6 bedrooms feature private bathrooms. Nature lovers can easily access the GR 34 trail, just 500 meters away, right next to the property. There are numerous mountain biking trails in the area. It’s 5 km from the family-friendly beaches of Morieux, 15 km from Pléneuf-Val-André, and 12 km from St-Brieuc. You can also enjoy cultural events at the Maison de la Baie and the Briqueterie d’Hillion, as well as a tree-top adventure park just 3 km away. Upon request, the owners can give you a tour of their dairy farm, located just 50 m away.
