You're sure to fall under the spell of this bright, spacious gite, located in a residential area, and harmoniously furnished to make your vacation a real success! Discover the Rance river just 1 km away: on foot, by bike, or why not take a boat cruise... nature and heritage will reveal themselves as you stroll along. Don't hesitate to take a stroll as far as the Roué beach. If you're in the mood for some sea air, the beaches of the Emerald Coast are just a dozen kilometers away! The chic town of Dinard (10.7 km), not forgetting the famous corsair town of St Malo (16 Km). Other escapades will spice up your stay, such as a visit to the characterful town of Dinan (14 km). Here, you'll discover an unparalleled medieval heritage and be able to soak up the charm of the town's ramparts. And don't forget to make a detour to St Suliac (16 km), voted one of France's most beautiful villages, or to Mont St Michel (50 km).
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: fitted kitchen, living room, wc. Upstairs: shower room with bath, wc and three bedrooms: the first with a 140x190 double bed and shower, the second with a 140x200 double bed, and the third with two 80x200 single beds. Private terrace and enclosed garden (370 m²). Car parking in the gîte's private courtyard (40 m²). 4 adult bikes and 2 teenage bikes provided. Telecommuting space available. Attached garages.

Clotilde Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances pendant la semaine du jour de l’an. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Nathalie a été d’une très grande gentillesse et très disponible. Le gîte est magnifique, décoré avec goût et soin, tout y est pensé pour qu’on n’ai rien a apporté car il est très bien équipé. Je compte bien y revenir

Gîte très lumineux et très bien agencé dans un quartier calme et proche des commodités.
L'attention de Nathalie, la propriétaire est à souligner (décorations de Noël et sapin en place à notre arrivée). Sans oublier le cadeau de bienvenue... Au Top !

Gîte très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé à proximité de sites à visiter absolument.

Gîte récent de très bonne qualité : équipement très complet et de qualité (cuisine, électro ménager), literie confortable.
Gîte très lumineux, jardin très agréable et calme.Permet de rayonner dans la région avec facilité.
