This Holiday cottage is centrally located, ideal for exploring the whole department. It's an excellent base for exploring the towns of Saint-Brieuc, 14 km away, Plérin and its family-friendly Rosaires beach, 20 km away, Binic, a charming seaside resort with a lively year-round Marina, 25 km away, and Moncontour, a small town full of character.
Just 6 km away, you'll find the Lake du Gouët and its Base de loisirs, offering activities such as sailing, canoeing and Fishing - a must for your stay.

Your vacation rental (adjoining the gite 22G311405 on the side and upstairs) comprises on one level: fitted kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom with shower, wc. Private garden of 45 m², shared courtyard of 100 m² in front of the gîte and private courtyard of 60 m² to the rear.

    Gîte confortable, pratique, dans le calme de la campagne mais toutefois proche de tout...
    Propriétaires très accueillants et discrets...
    En fait en "jouant" les prolongations, j'y ai passé 3 semaines. Merci encore et à très vite.

    Super tranquille à la campagne...

    Très agréable accueil des propriétaires et grande discrétion de leur part.
    Lieux d'un calme reposant dans un gîte confortable jouxtant un second gîte.
    Logement bien équipé et en ce qui me concerne, rien ne manque.
    Personnellement je me sens très bien ici et pas vraiment loin de plusieurs amis costarmoricains à qui je peux rendre visite... mon séjour est même prolongé de deux semaines !...

    Le confort au calme de la campagne

    Bel endroit propice au repos mais aussi à la découverte à moins d'une heure des principaux sites touristiques des Côtes d'Armor, très bon accueil des propriétaires, gite conforme à la description donnée sur internet.
