On the heights of Perros-Guirec, in a relaxing environment, just 2 km from the marina, comfortable, bright apartment. Fancy a beach? The most famous, family-friendly beach of Trestraou, with its seasonal entertainment, restaurants, casino and new Thalasso spa, is 2.3 km away. At the end of the quay, embark on a sea trip to the 7 Islands, or take the GR34 to the small village of Ploumanac'h, with its magnificent panoramic views. Free shuttle service July/August 8am-11pm, bus every 15 minutes to Trestraou beach. There's also a bus stop just 500m from the gîte, taking you as far as Trégastel. There's a supermarket 400 m from the gîte.
Apartment on 1st floor of a contemporary building: living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom with 160x200 bed, bedroom with two 80x200 beds, shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet.
Outside: 200 m² enclosed private garden to the rear, not overlooked, secure for bicycle storage (no shed).
Private parking and entrance.
The first floor is occupied by the owner's chiropody practice.

RP Un excellent séjour
Gîte récent, calme, fonctionnel, dans une charmante station balnéaire dotée de nombreux commerces. Propriétaire affable, accueillant, à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Parfait pour ceux qui comme moi sont des adeptes de randonnées pédestres (GR34, mer, petites routes et chemins de campagne). Je recommande.

Simone et Harald Tres bonne adresse
Nos vacances chez Monsieur Xavier etaient magnifiques. L'appartement etait tres propre et bien equipe. Monsieur Xavier est tres amical. Il avait prepare des conseils pour des excursions et nous a donne des bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants a Perros Guirec. Un grand Merci a Monsieur Xavier.

Pat Petit séjour en Bretagne
Propriétaire très agréable renseigne bien sur les possibilités dans les environs et fourni une belle documentation.
Logement très moderne.
Dommage que le temps n'a pas permis d'utiliser le jardin.

Les Poncinois Séjour à Perros-Guirec
Gîte fonctionnel, très bien équipé et idéalement situé (à une centaine de mètres de l'arrêt d'autobus permettant d'emprunter gratuitement en période estivale la navette menant à la plage de Trestraou). Propriétaire très accueillant et toujours disponible. A recommander sans hésitation. Petit +: l'ouverture très prochaine d'un Intermarché à proximité du gîte.
