Charming house in the heart of the village of La Roche Jaune, a picturesque little port on the banks of the Jaudy. The interior is beautifully appointed, with a subtle blend of antique and contemporary furnishings: you'll feel right at home! And what a view! In the immediate vicinity of the gîte (50 m), enjoy the Jaudy and its small beach, where you can swim only at high tide. For a larger beach and easier bathing, don't hesitate to visit the beaches of Plougrescant (6km) or Penvenan (8km). From here, you can access the GR 34: ideal for hikers! In July and August, just 100 m from the gîte, an oyster farmer offers oyster tastings in the harbour: a real treat...

- Ground floor: living room (view of the Jaudy river), fitted kitchen, separate lounge, shower room, toilet.
Some rooms are accessible by one or two steps (please refer to photos).

- First floor: mezzanine bedroom above the living room (1 bed 140cm x 190cm). From this room, you have access to the 2nd floor (attic converted into a games room).
From the kitchen, 2nd staircase leading to 2 further bedrooms: one with a beautiful view of the Jaudy (1 bed 160x200), the other (2 beds 90x190) opening onto the terrace, WC.

Outside: terrace, flowered and landscaped areas accessible by a few steps from the living room.
Private parking 50m from gîte (for 2 vehicles).
Parking also available along the street or in the harbor parking lot 50m away.
