In the village of Tréméloir, the gîte du Val d'Ic opens its doors to the public, revealing its meticulous decor, through-lighting and top-level comfort for a peaceful stay just 8 km from the sea and the first beaches. Valérie and her family have embarked on a global project that has long been close to their hearts: the pleasure of welcoming guests to a region they've known all their lives, and which they'll share with you. Future chambres d'hôtes are in the pipeline. Here, just a short drive away, a host of leisure activities, visits and walks will create your memories. Whether you're looking for the coast or the countryside, within a 15 km radius, resorts like Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, or small towns with character like Chatelaudren, will be great places to discover, as will neighboring Plérin and Saint Brieuc, which share the pretty port of Le Légué and the wide beach of Les Rosaires. Looking for a view of the whole Bay of Saint Brieuc? Head for the Pointe du Roselier, of course!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor :
- living room with kitchenette,
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200),
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and laundry area,
- wc.
First floor:
- 1 left-hand bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), ideal for someone wanting a double bed.
- 1 bedroom on the right with 2 single beds 80x200 (can be combined to form a double bed 160X200 on request from the owners).
The large landing offers a relaxation area with numerous games.
On the ground floor, the library offers reading material for all.
The 450 m² enclosed garden surrounds the house, with many fruit trees, and to the south-east, a courtyard has housed a SPA since 24/6/24*.
Possibility of bicycle storage. Private gravel parking.
In the center of this village, 50 m from the church, a typical local house, adjoining the owners' longère, but not overlooked.
* 80 € for 2 to 6 nights, 100 € for 7 nights, 180 € for 14 nights, 48h00 notice, payment on site.

Je suis originaire des Côtes d'Armor et plus précisément de la région de St Brieuc où toute ma famille réside. Mes activités professionnelles m'ont amenée à partir en Allemagne puis en région parisienne. J'avais depuis longtemps ce rêve de revenir et d'accueillir en gîte et/ou chambres d'hôtes les vacanciers curieux découvrant la Bretagne. Le projet a pu devenir réalité grâce à cette belle maison de caractère que nous avons réaménagée pour accueillir dans de belles conditions.

Einfach nur traumhaft und 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Von der sehr guten und ausgesprochen freundlichen, schnellen Kommunikation, der Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin (sogar Kuchen bekamen wir), der super Ausstattung des Hauses (genug Geschirr und hochwertige Geräte), über die super bequemen Betten, den schönen Garten und der Ruhe bis zur Sauberkeit. Alles top. Würden gern das Häuschen an unsere nächsten Reiseziele mitnehmen.

Croguys Excellent séjour au Val d'Ic
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fantastique dans ce gîte ! La maison est extrêmement bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La décoration est charmante et soignée, ce qui rend l'atmosphère très agréable.
Le jacuzzi est un véritable plus, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites ou d'activités.
La propriétaire est incroyablement sympathique et accueillante. Elle a su nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée et a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur la région.
En résumé, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement de qualité avec un excellent accueil.
