In the village of Tréméloir, the Val d'Ic guest house, a former farmhouse, opens its doors and reveals a refined decor, a swimming pool accessible all year round from the end of March to the end of November, for a Wellbeing stopover 8 km from the Sea and the first beaches. Valérie and her family have completed a global project that has long been close to their hearts: the pleasure of welcoming guests to a region they've known all their lives, and which they'll share with you. An independent Holiday cottage for 5 people is also available on the neighboring plot, all at the foot of the church. 15 mn from St Brieuc and its TGV station. For both the coast and the Countryside, within a 15 km radius, resorts such as Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux, and small towns of character such as Chatelaudren, are great places to discover, as are neighboring Plérin and Saint Brieuc, which share the pretty port of Le Légué and the long beach at Les Rosaires.

Two very elegant bedrooms have been fitted out in this beautiful country farmhouse.
Each includes: 1 double bed (160x200), which can be doubled on request, and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The ground-floor bedroom is larger than the first-floor bedroom.
Breakfast is served in the veranda-dining room facing the garden. It features local, seasonal products such as yoghurts, cakes and organic jams.
This room gives access to a small room with a fridge.
Heated indoor swimming pool (towels provided): 7.5x3.5m, depth: 1.2 to 1.6 m, chlorine treatment, security by water curtain + lockable door, 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Large, green, flower-filled grounds of 2500 m².
Courtyard with outdoor relaxation area and ping-pong table.
Closed bicycle storage possible.
