The house overlooks the sea pond that links the beautiful Vallée des Traouieros to the port of Ploumanac'h, via the tide mill. You can wade in or fish via a small private access, or simply relax in the garden, enjoying the spectacle of birds on the water, the movement of the tides and sunsets. In this area, rocks are everywhere in the gardens, and 500 m away you can take the signposted path down to the Vallée des Traouieros. Perros Guirec center, with its lively entertainment and 2 large beaches, is just 5 km away. Nearby Trégastel and Pleumeur Bodou also offer a wide range of leisure activities and delightful beaches.
