Set in a NATURA 2000-listed environment, the local owners have put a lot of effort into providing you with a warm, comfortable apartment where nothing is missing.
There's a small garden planted with trees, with panoramic views over the Countryside: it's the ideal starting point if you like Hiking, as the "voie verte" is just around the corner: less than 500 m away.
Golf lovers? The 9-hole Trémereuc golf course is just 250 m away: you can even walk to it and, if you wish, book advanced training courses.
But the Côte d'Emeraude is best known for its beautiful beaches and its emblematic seaside resort: Dinard, 9 km away, with its beautiful listed villas and exotic gardens. 12.5 km from Dinan, a medieval town with its castle, ramparts, cobbled streets and Marina.
