Nestled in the heart of the Countryside, this bright and spacious renovated farmhouse on the edge of the Forest will provide you with all the comforts you need for a relaxing, unoverlooked and peaceful stay, just 25 minutes from the Sea. Nearby, you can discover small towns with character such as Quintin, and enjoy the beaches and scenery along our coastline. The Lake de Bosméléac, renowned for its carp fishing, is a great place for walking or cycling, as is the Hilvern channel and its towpath, now converted into a greenway. Le Rocher Holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring Brittany's many attractions. To make your stay as perfect as possible, there are a number of must-see sites to discover: Lake Guerlédan, the Gulf of Morbihan, the pink granite coast, the Bay of Saint Brieuc, Cap Fréhel...

First floor (PMR access): a large living room (connected TV-soundbar-fiber-Netflix) with fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate toilet with hand-washer, a shower room with large walk-in shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with two 90cm beds (which can be twinned to form a 180cm bed), two 90cm beds and a 160cm bed, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a large landscaped green space on a 6000 m2 plot (shaded and south-facing, suitable for horses) with a terrace, a heated indoor swimming pool (10mx5m) open from early April to late September, pool depth 1m50 throughout, with the spa open all year round and a second terrace facing north-west. Large garage available (ping-pong, darts, basketball, pétanque...). Pets welcome, please contact owners. Parking available behind the house.
