Are you looking for a nature destination where you can get together with family or friends? Holiday cottage Le Rocher is the ideal address. Nestled in the heart of the Countryside, this bright and spacious renovated farmhouse on the edge of the Forest will provide you with all the comforts you need for a relaxing, unoverlooked and peaceful stay, just 25 minutes from the Sea. Nearby, you can discover small towns with character such as Quintin, and enjoy the beaches and scenery along our coastline. The Lake de Bosméléac, renowned for its carp fishing, is a great place for walking or cycling, as is the Hilvern channel and its towpath, now converted into a greenway. Le Rocher Holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring Brittany's many attractions. To make your stay as perfect as possible, there are a number of must-see sites to discover: Lake Guerlédan, the Gulf of Morbihan, the pink granite coast, the Bay of Saint Brieuc, Cap Fréhel...
First floor (PMR access): a large living room (connected TV-soundbar-fiber-Netflix) with fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate toilet with hand-washer, a shower room with large walk-in shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with two 90cm beds (which can be twinned to form a 180cm bed), two 90cm beds and a 160cm bed, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a large landscaped green space on a 6000 m2 plot (shaded and south-facing, suitable for horses) with a terrace, a heated indoor swimming pool (10mx5m) open from early April to late September, pool depth 1m50 throughout, with the spa open all year round and a second terrace facing north-west. Large garage available (ping-pong, darts, basketball, pétanque...). Pets welcome, please contact owners. Parking available behind the house.

We have had a wonderful time in the luxurious house, with the pool and jacuzzi. The area was really quiet, so it was a peaceful stay. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Le gîte est splendide, très bien entretenu et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très sympathiques. Nous avons été gâtés par une météo estivale et avons pu profiter de la belle piscine et du jardin arboré. L’endroit est très calme et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons profité de la terrasse, accompagnés par le chant des oiseaux.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Le gîte est spacieux,très bien décoré et très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très gentils,serviable et à notre écoute. Nous avons eu 3 jours avec de la pluie mais nous avons pu profiter du jardin,des jeux pour enfants et de la pétanque. Une très belle piscine,un grand spa et une vue magnifique. On a pu profiter de la terrasse et du calme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de ce gîte. Nous étions 3 générations et vu la superficie du lieu, nous avons pu, sans problème, cohabiter.
Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les espaces extérieurs sont eux aussi agréables et harmonieux : nous avons profité sans modération de la piscine et du spa.

Famille L Un séjour super
Nous avons passé une semaine au Rocher avec nos deux enfants (4 ans et 6 mois) en fin avril. C'est un gîte très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La piscine, la balançoire et le toboggan, la petite cabane au fond du jardin, les enfants ont adoré et la grande demande en parle encore.
Nous avons été gâtés avec la météo très ensoleillée, mais même sans ce petit plus, ça aurait été un séjour très très agréable, nous avons pu nous reposer et nous ressourcer.
Vraiment, on essaiera de revenir un jour.
