On the heights of Binic, in the heart of the old Beaumont district, this former 1850 farmhouse set in 800 m² of land has just been elegantly renovated using quality materials and with great care taken in the decoration. La Ferme du Ponant stands out for its layout around a large square courtyard, including 3 gîtes with luxury amenities. You'll stay in the chic Rivage gîte, featuring a subtle blend of contemporary furnishings with exposed beams and stone pillars: a cocooning atmosphere guaranteed. Young and old alike can enjoy the landscaped grounds, which include a large communal barbecue area and a children's play area. Ideal holiday location: the Corps de Garde beach is 600 m away by footpath, as is the GR 34. Binic, its marina and the family beach of La Banche are 1.5 km away, as is the shopping center 1.5 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet. First floor: landing leading to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 beds 90x200). 15 m² private terrace and 400 m² landscaped communal garden. Free public parking lot 100 m away, access to the property for vehicle unloading.

Pierre T. Super gîte très bien placé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces, du centre-ville et des plages, ce qui est très pratique pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Le logement est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé, tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, literie pas assez ferme pour nous mais c'est un détail.
Seul petit regret : l’accueil ne se fait pas directement par le propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place, ce qui fait perdre un peu l’esprit « Gîtes de France ». C'était la première fois pour nous où ça se passait de cette manière.
Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. :-)- Cleanliness

A dreas Sehr schöner Urlaub
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Alles war sauber und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Mamita Belle semaine
Coquet petit gîte avec son agencement moderne et un couchage pour adulte fort confortable ( n’avons pas teste le couchage enfant). Proche des commerces et au calme son seul petit défaut est d'être assez loin du petit centre ville donc des restaurants et des plages.

Turquoise Séjour Binic juin 2025
Séjour agréable dans une location calme et fonctionnelle (literie confortable...) proche de belles plages. Un petit bémol pour le manque d'emplacement réservé à la voiture mais le rapport qualité/prix reste appréciable.

mermoz Séjour dans le gîte le Rivage
Nous venons de passer une semaine à Binic dans le gîte Le Rivage. Nous avons fortement apprécié l'ensemble du gîte ; son aménagement, sa décoration, sa fonctionnalité, sa superficie... tout était parfait. Petit bémol pour la literie, matelas pas assez ferme pour ceux qui souffrent du dos.
Un bel aménagement extérieur, très fourni en végétation et bien défini pour chaque gîte et son intimité. Proche de la ville, de la mer et des sentiers pour se balader.
