Set in the countryside, but just 4.5 km from the beaches of the charming seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux and its casino, the owners have renovated this farmhouse with a warm, modern decor. A restful vacation spot for discovering the beautiful Côte du Goélo, with Binic and its lively year-round marina just 4 km away, and Etables sur Mer, popular for its pretty Moulins beach, just 5 km away. 1.5 km from Plourhan, 19 km from St-Brieuc.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a living room with its fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160cm bed, a shower room with WC. Gîte adjoining another gîte (22G170825). Shared garden of 500m² with a shared courtyard of 800m² where vehicles can park.

Comme à la maison GITE DE PLOURHAN
Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires avec un cadeau de bienvenue ! des galettes de la Biscuiterie de Belle Ile en Terre les préférées de mon mari ! :)
Le gîte est très bien , la déco tendance et tout est fait pour qu'on ne manque de rien et tout bien pensé. On se sent comme à la maison. L'extérieur est très bien équipé, barbecue, salon de jardin etc..... Tout est parfait :
Localisation super , à 5 min de Saint Quay Portrieux et 10 min des premières plages !
Gite dans lequel j'y retournerai avec plaisir
