In an old farmhouse, you'll enjoy being in the countryside yet close to the seaside. Just 5 km from the sandy beaches of St-Quay-Portrieux (Casino, marina), Etables-sur-Mer and Binic (aqualudic pool, nautical center). Hiking (GR34) and mountain biking (mountain bike station). Equestrian centers, 18-hole golf course and zoo within 5 km. Adjoining gite, located near a dairy farm, open all year round, overnight rental possible out of season.
Your vacation rental consists of :

Living room with oak kitchen, separate toilet with hand-washer.
First floor:
-1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90X200 which can be converted into beds 180x200,
Bathroom with shower, separate WC.
Baby equipment available on request. The Holiday cottage has its own garden with trees and flowers, and a south-facing terrace.

Le domaine de Beauregard est une longère familiale. Nous sommes la 4ème génération. Depuis 1998, nous gérons ce domaine qui comporte 7 gîtes. chaque location a été conçue pour que chacun ait son intimité, du studio au gîte 8 personnes. C'est un ancien corps de ferme, avec ses poutres, la pierre, la porte d'entrée et la cheminée d'origine. Nous avons fait des extensions pour apporter lumière, espace, confort et modernité. Des vacances à la campagne, tout en étant à seulement 5 km du bord de mer, alliez les plaisirs !

Wir sind beide im Alltag sehr eingespannt. Wir kamen hierher, um uns zu entspannen und Körper und Seele zu erholen. Wir haben so viel mehr gefunden. Das Meer, die freundlichen Menschen, das gemütliche Haus, die friedliche Landschaft, die niedlichen Kaninchen und Esel, sogar der Wind – all das hat uns neue Energie gegeben. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt immer wieder.

Les morvandiaux Séjour bien agréable
Gîte très agréable et très bien situé pour visiter de beaux sites et pour se balader en bord de mer. La semaine a été très reposante car, bien que proche de la ferme, le gîte est très calme. De plus, pour promener les chiens, c'est bien plus facile sur les petites routes rurales. On y retournera sûrement l'année prochaine car on a été très bien accueillis.

Sabine Wundervolle Auszeit mit Hund
Eine Unterkunft, die wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Wir kamen mit unserem Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Anne Claire hat uns warmherzig und kompetent empfangen und uns erste Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir hätten sie jederzeit erreichen können, was aber nicht nötig war. Die Lage ist ländlich, ruhig in wunderschöner Natur. Ein ausgedehntes Wegenetz in direkter Umgebung des Hauses lädt zum Wandern oder Radfahren ein. Innerhalb weniger Autominuten erreicht man Plourhan, Binic, Geschäfte etc. Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung lohnen sich auf alle Fälle. Ein Highlight jagt das nächste. Wir haben unser Herz in der Bretagne verloren. Danke, Anne Claire!
