What a pleasure to stay in relaxing countryside, yet only 12 km from the coast.
The geographical position of this stone house is ideal for recharging your batteries, while still being close to numerous tourist destinations.
Looking for a breath of fresh air? Discover the Emerald Coast! The beaches of St Jacut de la mer (18 km) and St Cast Le Guildo (21 km) are just waiting for you .... And don't forget the chic resort of Dinard with its Belle Epoque villas (28 km) or the corsair town of St Malo (35 km).
Further inland, don't forget to visit Dinan (20 km). Take a trip back in time through its picturesque streets, ramparts and castle. From there, discover the Rance valley, with its locks, villages and typical ports.
For sporty types, head for the resort of Jugon Les Lacs (12 km away), where you can enjoy a wide range of activities around the lake: mountain biking, paddle-boarding, kayaking, rowing, archery and more...

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area with fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with bath, separate WC.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, separate WC.

- Outside: 50 m² private terrace. Lawn and courtyard 400 m² shared with owners. Carport available.

Baby equipment: bed, chair, bathtub, changing table.
Gîte adjoins an uninhabited building close to the owners' home.
