Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.

First floor:
A large living room (with pellet stove (€8/15kg bag)) opening onto a kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed 140X190), a shower room (Italian shower and double basin), a separate toilet, access to the garage which has been converted into a games room (table tennis, darts), a utility room and a laundry room (possibility of storing bikes and motorcycles).

First floor:
2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed, 2 x 120x190 beds, a large bathroom with shower and washbasin, WC with washbasin.

Outside:
Enclosed grounds comprising 700 m² of lawn with flower beds and approx. 400 m² of asphalted courtyard where garden furniture and lounges can be set up, as well as vehicles.

In the meadow behind the house, there are fruit trees (apple, cherry, etc.) and flowering fallows for butterflies. The buildings of an old farmhouse are located 100 m opposite the house.
