Just 800 m from the sea and close to the family beach of Kermagen, this former 19th sc farmhouse, completely renovated by an architect in 2018, awaits you for a stay rich in walks on the GR34, which lies not far behind the property. Close to a vegetable farm, this large dwelling features 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a designer kitchen and a cosy living room by the stove, all perfect for sharing good times with family and friends. If you like, Danielle can show you the life of a market gardener and his produce. Pleubian, a commune at the end of the wild peninsula, is full of natural curiosities to discover, including the Sillon de Talbert. A breath of iodized air guaranteed!
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a living room/kitchen, a lounge, a laundry room, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 which can be doubled on request) with dressing room and private shower room, a toilet with washbasin. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, dressing room and private bathroom, plus separate toilet with washbasin. Gravelled 40 m² terrace, 500 m² courtyard and 3000 m² lawn with mature trees. Outdoor Kids (molky, boules, bad net and volleyball). Carport for 2 vehicles. Storage room for your equipment (stroller, windsurfer, bicycles, paddle, etc.). Telework space in a bedroom.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire.
Le gîte est très bien situé dans Pleubian pour aller à la plage et découvrir la région.

Een uitstekend vakantiehuis: ruim, comfortabel, schoon, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en een mooie tuin. De kust is op tien minuten loopafstand en in Pleubian (ook op loopafstand) zijn alle winkels. De ontvangst was hartelijk en genereus.

Une semaine de bonheur à Pleubian grâce a l'accueil et a la gentillesse de nos hôtes, Le gîte est très grand, beau, cosy, fonctionnel, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable.

SGH68 De retour à l'Abri des Pins
Deuxième séjour à ‘’l’abri des Pins’’ de Pleubian et sûrement pas le dernier, Le centre de la commune est accessible en de 15/20 minutes à pied avec tous les commerces de proximité, superette, boulangerie, etc.
Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire avec de délicates attentions à notre arrivée.
La Gite est très bien équipée, chambres spacieuses, cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.
On a hâte de revenir déposer nos valises à Pleubian ….- Cleanliness
