The site is really pleasant. Located at the far end of the farmhouse, this bright, comfortable gîte is ideal for a couple's stay. Outside, a pretty covered courtyard offers a peaceful, sheltered spot for meals, with a lovely view over the garden and the Piscine... The Piscine is the "plus" that makes all the difference in approving your sunny days! Heated to 28°, it's yours to share with the charming, discreet owners who live next door. Would you like to discover the beautiful beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose? Then head for Trévou-Tréguignec and the beautiful Beach de Trestel (17 km). Continue west to Perros-Guirec and the pretty village of Ploumanac'h. If you'd prefer to discover beaches that are a little less crowded and a complete change of scenery, you'll love Penvenan and its beaches of Port Blanc, Dunes and the magnificent Buguélès district. 14 km from the pretty town of Pontrieux, renowned for its many wash-houses.

Your single-storey vacation cottage comprises on one level: Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 large bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room (Italian shower and toilet). Outside: 29 m² courtyard and 24 m² private, beautifully landscaped pergola. Parking available in front of the Holiday cottage or at the rear of the farmhouse. Bike shed available. Heated Piscine available from May to mid-October: 8 x 4 m x 1.75 m maximum depth. Lovely landscaped garden to share with owners living on site.
