In Jugon les Lacs, on the slopes of the Larguenon Valley, this beautiful stone farmhouse has been pleasantly renovated into 4 adjoining gîtes, each with its own private terrace and a large shared plot of land. Everything has been designed to provide you with an unforgettable, relaxing vacation on site... But you'll also enjoy a visit to the Jugon nautical base (1.2 km) for fishing, pedalos, windsurfing, canoes...and since 2017, a wakepark (12 fun modules). 22 km from Dinan, a pretty city of character, 17 km from Lamballe with its national stud farm and Mathurin Méheust Museum, and 37 km from Dinard, a beautiful seaside resort.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, separate toilet, small utility room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower and wc): one (1 bed 160x200) and the other (2 beds 90x190). Front terrace, large enclosed plot in front of the farmhouse shared with the 3 other gîtes. On-site facilities to be shared with the 3 gîtes and the owners: heated indoor swimming pool from April to All Saints' Day, sauna and jacuzzi available all year round, fitness room (treadmill, weight bench, table soccer... and children's games).

    Bien logé, dans un gîte moderne, piscine , jacuzzi , salle de musculation, super!!!! endroit très calme au bord de la l'autoroute, donc pratique pour aller visiter les entourages, mais pas de bruit venant de cette route. Thierry est très gentil. Continu comme cela (:

    Super!

    Nous avons passé un séjour absolument charmant dans ce gîte. L'accueil de l'hôte correspond a ce que attends: arrangeant, attentionné et discret. Le gîte est à la fois confortable et bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi.

    Le cadre est paisible, idéal pour se reposer, tout en étant proche du centre du village et de ses commodités. La région regorge d’activités nature et de jolies balades autour du lac. Mention spéciale pour le jardin et l'espace piscine, qui ajoute un vrai plus.

    Un grand merci à notre hôte. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir (au moins pour aller chercher nos affaires manquantes...)

    Ferien in Jugon-les-Lacs

    Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto eine Minute bis Jugon-Zentrum. Großer Gartenbereich, Sauna, Jakuzzi und Schwimmbad (wurde von uns allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren). Großer, sauberer Wohn-/Eßbereich. Gasherd. Wasserdruck in der Küche sehr gering, ansonsten aber im ganzen Haus in Ordnung.
    Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch M. Leboucher, ansonsten gabe es keinerlei Kontakte.
    Verkehrsgünstige Lage, je etwa 1/4 Autostunde bis Dinan bzw. Laballe. Bis zur Küste muss man eine Stunde (Cap Frehel, Cap Erquy) oder mehr (Cote de Granit Rose) einkalkulieren.
    Wer Ruhe und Erholunbg sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.
