Get away from it all and come and stay in Argoat, south of Guingamp, a small town full of character (19 km). Moving around, strolling and marvelling at this authentic rural environment will make your stay truly unique. On the spot: hillsides of organic fields and woods, where streams and granite chaos glide by, also an LPO refuge. Have you heard of the Kerivoa Treasure dating back to 1932? What if we told you ... lunules ... gold and ... prehistory? And what can we say about the open-armed welcome of Paul and his family, who have gone out of their way to create this Holiday cottage, which is only part of their final project. From here, you can discover the nuggets of Breton heritage, from chapels and calvaries to menhirs and dolmens, as well as the simple yet profound beauty of the countryside, home to the sources of the Léguer and Blavet rivers, 2 and 4 km away respectively!
Your vacation rental includes:
First floor:
A vast 61 m² living-room-kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a large shower room with shower, washbasin and laundry, wc with washbasin.
First floor:
2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200) and 2 beds (90x190), wc with washbasin.
Outside:
32 m² terrace on stilts, 140 m² private lawn garden.
Independent house, Tourism and Handicap label for the ground floor, on a 1.5-hectare property where the owners also live.
Parking space under the courtyard adjoining the Holiday cottage. Enclosed bicycle shed and dedicated maintenance area.
Stables for your horses: 2 stalls of 16 m² each on rubber tiles + 1 ha paddock. Ground for pétanque, "palets bretons", bowls, swings, bicycles and scooters.
Cleaning service available during your stay at extra cost (please contact the owner).

Originaires du Nord, Paul et sa famille ont fait l'acquisition en 2016 de cette belle propriété en bout d'impasse pour y faire un retour à la nature et l'essentiel, tout en développant une activité d'accueil et de partage accessible à tous. Par là aussi la famille revient sur des terres où, dans leur jeunesse, ils venaient en vacances en Côtes d'Armor.

Séjour extrêmement agréable en famille. Le gîte label handicap était tout à fait adapté pour mon père handicapé par une chute récente. Gîte très confortable dans une ancienne ferme avec une belle rénovation et un beau cadre de verdure. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et attentionnés. Je recommande!

Un logement très confortable, décoré avec goût et vraiment adapté pour les PMR.
Le cadre est vraiment très calme et reposant.

S Maison spacieuse avec point de vue sur la nature
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Catherine et Paul. Après nous avoir transmis les consignes et informations du secteur, nous avons pû profiter du gîte tout confort et spacieux. Décoré avec goût, tout est fait pour qu on se sente vraiment chez soi! Nous avons adoré. L environnement est propice au calme et est connecté à la nature.
Aucun problème de réseau, tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Quand à l'accès aux personnes handicapées, tous les espaces sont conçus et intelligemment créés. Toujours avec se fil conducteur du charme et de la praticité !
Quand au secteur, le lieu est un excellent point de départ pour de multiples choses à faire et à voir dans ce joli coin de Bretagne, Guingamp n'est qu'à 15min.

Séjour à Bourbriac au calme. Location avec de grands espaces et un accueil des propriétaires au top.
Bonne documentation à l'intérieur du gite pour occuper petits et grands, bons conseils pour la crêperie de Guingamp.

Cadre agréable.
Gite parfaitement adapté pour une personne en fauteuil électrique avec de grands espaces permettant l'aide d'une tierce personne.
