A gîte that lives up to its name! Next door, Chantal and Martial welcome you to this charming little home with a lovely bedroom upstairs. From here, you can enjoy trips on the Canal d'Ille et Rance 400 m away, walks and activities at the Bétineuc leisure park 2 km away, a visit to the Falun Museum 7 km away, and the medieval town of Dinan to the north 9 km away, with its superb Thursday morning market. In the 35 department just next door: the Parc Zoologique and Château de la Bourbansais 8 km away, and the small town of Bécherel to the south. So, as you can see, even 30 km from the seaside (Côte d'Emeraude with Lancieux, Dinard, St Malo, etc.), there's no shortage of great outings.
Your vacation cottage comprises on the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine). On the first floor: a mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. Countryside side: a 15 m² private terrace currently being finished, a courtyard surrounded by small renovated outbuildings, a shared garden with the owners overlooking the fields. Street side: a private gravelled parking area. Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house.

Dans la continuité de la rénovation de cette longère de pays sur laquelle ont craqué Chantal et Martial, il était logique de profiter d'une dernière petite partie pour y faire "Le Nid d'à Côté ". Une jolie réussite qui, d'ailleurs, continue à prendre forme au fil des mois. Accueillir famille, amis, et vacanciers dans ce gîte va pouvoir occuper désormais le quotidien de Chantal et Martial à la belle saison.

Kiki Un très bon sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Evran. Le gîte était parfait très bien aménagé décoré avec goût surtout la chambre. Belle rénovation accueille chaleureux avec des petites attention merci à Chantal et martial pour leurs gentillesses leurs discrétion et leur bon accueil c'est avec regret que nous sommes partis merci pour cette bonne soirée .gîte parfait pour découvrir la Bretagne du nord le pays d Evran est super à découvrir

Les gavottes. Excellent séjour !
Notre séjour était parfait : accueil,petites attentions, gentillesse, conseils et discrétion de nos hôtes.Le gîte est fonctionnel, très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Belle découverte de la Bretagne du Nord avec météo de rêve. "Le pays d'Évran" est très agréable à parcourir.
