a living room with kitchenette opening onto the courtyard and garden, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), a shower room with large Italian shower and WC.
First floor:
1 large bedroom (3 single beds: 1x90x190 and 2x80x200 convertible into 1 bed 160X200), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, relaxation landing with games and reading material. Heating by wood pellet boiler, automated feed.
Outside:
To the north-west is the shared courtyard with 1 parking space dedicated to the gîte. Behind the gîte, to the south-east, you'll find a 26 m² terrace. A gate gives access to the garden shared with the owners: this is a small island between the Gouët and the millstream. Children's games and tree houses available.
