4 km from the sea, nestled in a valley, on a 1-hectare property with 2 ponds and a river, this former mill - an outbuilding of a 17th-18th century seigneury - will seduce you with its tranquility and rural setting. The GR34B runs alongside the Roscoat river, taking you to St Michel en Grèves, where you can overlook the sea and join the GR34. Plouzelambre is famous for its oratory, church, ossuary and fountain, all of which are listed historic monuments. Good crêperies dot the surrounding villages. On-site, owners Annie and Bruno provide a courtesy tray in each room, garden furniture in the park, board games, a rowing boat for the main pond, a ping-pong table, badminton equipment and an electric vehicle recharging point (extra charge). Pets allowed only in Armor and Killi rooms at €5/day, limited to €15, payable on site.

On site: 3 guest rooms. The 1st on the ground floor: with independent entrance from outside, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower room, separate toilet. The 2nd on the first floor: with its own entrance from outside, 1 family unit comprising a sitting area with TV and sofa bed (140x190) opening onto 1 shower room with wc leading into 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Lastly, the 3rd is an annex on the property, a small single-storey house: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 shower room with wc, 1 small living-room-kitchenette, private terrace with garden furniture. Breakfast served in the living room, including cakes, breads, yoghurts, pancakes and homemade jams. Available to guests of the Armor et Argoat rooms: summer kitchen on the property with induction hob, fridge, microwave, crockery, washing machine (not freely available: €5 charge for use, including laundry). 2 NIGHTS MIN in JULY AND AUGUST.
