Spacious single-storey Holiday cottage, modern and bright, adjoining the back of another cottage. Located in the Countryside, in the heart of the Côte de Goëlo. 5km from the sandy beaches of St Quay Portrieux (Marina, Casino), Binic Etables sur Sea (aqualudic pool, nautical center). Close to 18-hole golf course, marked Hiking and mountain bike trails, equestrian centers and accrobranche. Situated 200 m from the dairy farm, open all year round, with overnight rentals available out of season. Welcome to the Arthur family, where friendliness and hospitality are the watchwords.
Your single-storey vacation rental consists of:
A veranda with kitchenette and dining area, living room with a 90 cm pull-out sofa bed,
-1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Complete baby equipment on request.
Private 25 m² terrace with flowers, enclosed and not overlooked. Lawn (with outdoor games including table tennis) shared with the other Holiday cottages. Large enclosed parking lot shared by all Holiday cottages on the site.

Le domaine de Beauregard est une longère familiale. Nous sommes la 4ème génération. Depuis 1998, nous gérons ce domaine qui comporte 7 gîtes. chaque location a été conçue pour que chacun ait son intimité, du studio au gîte 8 personnes. C'est un ancien corps de ferme, avec ses poutres, la pierre, la porte d'entrée et la cheminée d'origine. Nous avons fait des extensions pour apporter lumière, espace, confort et modernité. Des vacances à la campagne, tout en étant à seulement 5 km du bord de mer, alliez les plaisirs !

Gîte très agréable et confortable. Il ne manque rien tant au niveau vaisselle qu'au niveau appareils électriques. La propriétaire est très accueillante. .
