Family stone house in the heart of a magnificent 5000 m2 park. Yves, the owner, is a lover of flowers and trees, and will introduce you to their special features and stories. The south-facing private courtyard in front of the gîte is a real asset for enjoying moments of sharing. Ideally located, just 1 km from the sea, you can choose between the family beach of Traou Treiz or the Craclais beach (frequented by Georges Brassens). The town center with all its shops is 800 m away, and there's a mini-market 500 m away. For fishing and hiking enthusiasts (the GR34 is 1 km from the gîte), you're sure to find what you're looking for. You'll be close to Paimpol (6 km), the pier (12 km) for discovering the Ile de Bréhat, nicknamed the Island of Flowers; Tréguier (10 km), a small town of character with its cathedral and port; and the Côte de Granit Rose (32 km) with Perros Guirec.
Your vacation rental in the heart of a 5000 m2 park comprises on the first floor: kitchen, bathroom with WC, double bedroom with study area leading to the living room, bright TV lounge from which you have access to the shower room with laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, storage cupboard). Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (140*190) , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), WC with hand-washer. Baby equipment (cot, high chair and safety gate). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte très propre, confortable, bien équipé, et idéalement situé pour faire de belles balades. Le beau jardin ajoute un grand charme et cette longère.
Les propriétaires, Yves et Florence, sont vraiment sympathiques et généreux. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et nous avons très envie d’y revenir.

Cloclo Sérénissime
Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel avec un très bel extérieur pour se reposer au calme.
Un très bel environnement pour se balader (Chemin des douaniers), faire du vélo, se baigner, visiter et déguster.
Très bien reçu par le propriétaire, qui nous a fait découvrir la rentrée au port, de Paimpol, des navires dans le cadre du festival "Du chant de marin". "Top".- Cleanliness

Lesley Amazing garden
The gite is comfortable with a very modern, well equipped kitchen. The room arrangement is slightly odd but didn't worry us. The upstairs beds are fine, the downstairs double not so good. We found it pleasantly cool in the heatwave. Some of the household equipment is a bit dated. We all loved the stunning grounds which were private to the gite and a real delight, beautifully kept. Yes was very friendly and helpful.
