Very pretty gîte 900 m from the sea! Positioned in front of the owners' house but with independent access, you won't be able to resist its interior charm and exterior fittings. The large retractable bay windows transform the living-dining area into a room truly open to nature, where the owner's garden spirit is expressed. Fishing tips? No problem, the owner will guide you! Between Rosaires beach and Martin plage, walkers will find everything they need. All amenities and shops in the center of Plérin 4 km away. St Brieuc 8 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: a living room with kitchenette opening onto the garden, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet accessible via the bedroom and corridor. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 which can be split into 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet. Vast 58 m² south-facing terrace overlooking the countryside and the landscaped garden shared with the owners. Bowling green in the garden. Private courtyard for vehicle parking. Storage shed for bikes, sailboards, fishing equipment, etc.

Deuxieme sejour et nous sommes ravies de retrouver
ce joli gite decore avec gout, confortable, calme.
Bien situe a proximite, (voiture indispensable),
de nombreux departs du Gr 34, et de nombreux sites
de la Bretagne du Nord offrent de belles randos le
lo long du littoral avec ses magnifiques payages
accessibles a ts et modulables en fonction de
ses envies.
Les proprietaires sont gantils et accuillants.

Il est très bien agencé et très bien équipé.
Idéalement situé, au calme.
Le jardin est un vrai bijou...C'était pour nous le troisième séjour dans ce gîte et nous y retournerons sans hésitation...

It was so wonderful, the gîte was warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated with all you need to relax and cook at home. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are just so nice with a very nice welcoming gift. What else can you ask , we will keep coming back!!!!!
