As soon as you cross the threshold of this stone house, you'll be seduced by its authentic character, enhanced by modern renovation.
Inside, generous volumes, exposed beams and meticulous finishing create a warm atmosphere.
Outside, a vast garden planted with trees invites you to relax, while a terrace with a Spa guarantees moments of indulgence.
Close to the region's many tourist attractions, the Holiday cottage's Location is ideal.
To reach the Sea, head for the Emerald Coast.
The beaches of St Jacut de la Sea (17 km) and St Cast Le Guildo (22 km) await you.
Not forgetting Dinard and its Belle Epoque villas (28 km) or the corsair city of St Malo (35 km).
Another must: the medieval town of Dinan (20 km). Take the opportunity to explore the river Rance, on foot, by bike or by Boat.
The nearby resort of Jugon Les Lacs (10 km) offers a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts, including mountain biking, paddling and kayaking.

Famille Le Bras Séjour court
Séjour parfait ! Le gîte est encore mieux que sur les photos : très spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé — il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. La situation géographique est idéale, la literie est excellente et le jardin est un vrai petit coin de paradis. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus qui fait toute la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Gite fonctionnel, décoré avec goût avec un jacuzzi qui est vraiment le petit plus.

Excellent gîte, bien décoré et confortable. Idéalement situé pour visiter Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo et Cancale.

Anna P Magnifique gîte, un havre de paix en Côtes-d'Armor
Très beau gîte, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, confortable et parfaitement equipé. Avec son grand jardin et son excellent SPA, c’est un véritable havre de paix à la campagne, tout proche de la côte et ses superbes plages. Les alentours immédiats offrent également de nombreux lieux à découvrir : Plancoët, Jugon-les-Lacs, Dinan, Corseul et ses vestiges romains, ainsi que le château et la forêt de Hunaudaye. Un grand merci à Manuela et Yves-Marie pour leur accueil des très chaleureux, y compris pour les cadeaux de produits locaux. Nous avons passé des vacances formidables et nous avons hâte d’y revenir !
This is a lovely gîte which is beautifully refurbished, comfortable and very well equipped. With its large garden and excellent hot tub, the property is a haven of tranquility in the countryside, just a short drive from the many brilliant beaches of the Côtes-d’Armor. We also found lots of interesting places to visit in the immediate vicinity: Plancoët, Jugon-les-Lacs, Dinan, Corseul and its Roman ruins, the Hunaudaye castle and forest. Thanks to Manuela and Yves-Marie for their very warm welcome, including the gifts of local produce. We had a wonderful holiday and are already looking forward to next time!
