This large blue granite house, located 400 m from the center of Paimpol, 800 m from its Port, lined with lively restaurants... gastronomy brings people together, especially thanks to local products! Discover Coquille St-Jacques, Cocos Paimpolais, oysters and mussels. All year round, you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés and boutiques. Just 80 m away is a hypermarket, ideal for doing your shopping without taking the car. Set off on the GR34 hiking trails, or let yourself be tempted by the Ile de Bréhat, a real pearl of beauty in the bay! This island, also known as l'ile aux fleurs, is only accessible on foot or by bike, a real break from the mainland. Be curious about nature! Take advantage of the many tours and events on offer to discover all the treasures of Beauport Abbey, just 3 km away. The Tossen beach 2 km away, a small sandy beach close to the GR34 and just a short stroll from Paimpol harbor and town center.
Your vacation rental comprises on the raised first floor: entrance hall, separate kitchen, living room, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 + 2 single beds 90x190 in the blue bedroom, which can be moved closer together if required), bathroom with shower and toilet. Baby equipment available on request. Basement for storage of bicycles and nautical equipment. House set in 900 m² of enclosed grounds. Parking for 3 cars on the property behind the house.

Excellent accueil. Le gîte est tout simplement parfait. Rien ne manque (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier, wi-fi et parking géant).
Il est très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville.

Le gîte est très bien aménagé, la décoration soignée.
La maison est bien située, proche du centre de Paimpol où il fait bon se promener avec des petites boutiques et des restaurants ou cafés...on peut aussi marcher sur le gr34 et faire de belles randonnées.
Nous avons eu un bon accueil de la propriétaire et de sa voisine qui nous a aussi conseillé sur les choses à faire dans le coin. Nous conseillons ce gîte et nous y reviendrons.- Cleanliness

HD Sous le soleil de Pempoull
Le granit bleu est le gîte parfait pour un séjour à Paimpol.
Rien ne manque dans cette grande maison idéalement située pour découvrir la région, à deux pas de toutes les commodités et du port de Paimpol.

Benjamin Parfait et super accueil
Nous avons reçu un super accueil dès notre arrivée. Le logement était parfait, tant au niveau de la propreté que sur les équipements.
Le terrain et le logement sont parfait pour se détendre, silencieux, et très bien situé, à 30 secondes du Leclerc et 10 min mutés à pieds du centre ville de Paimpol.
