This 70s house, located in a cul-de-sac on the heights of Binic, was designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize comfort, luminosity and, above all, offer a breathtaking view of the Sea from the living room and terrace. Doing the dishes becomes a pleasure when contemplating this exceptional panorama!
The outdoor space has been carefully designed, including a terrace and a relaxation area to take full advantage of the view. The bedrooms, located on the lower level, each have a small balcony with a view of the Sea.
Overlooking the road leading to the Marina (D786), this charming seaside resort will seduce you with its five beaches, secret coves, fine sand, diving board, seawater swimming pool and a multitude of activities. Magnificent Hiking trails along the Douaniers trail offer spectacular views of the Breton coastline.

Your self-contained vacation home is organized on several levels:
First floor (Holiday cottage entrance)
- Entrance hall with laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer)
- Kitchen opening onto living room,
- WC with washbasin.

First floor:
- Small landing with desk leading to 1 Sea-view bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 shower room with WC

Lower level:
- A bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, Sea view
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, Sea view
- An additional bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 with private bathroom (shower and WC), Sea view
- Separate WC

Exterior
- 300 m² garden, arranged in several levels, accessible by stairs.
- Terrace with magnificent view of Binic bay.
- Parking for one vehicle in the courtyard (35 m²) at the entrance to the Holiday cottage, with the possibility of parking in the small square in the cul-de-sac.
- The garden-level basement is not available.
