In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, just 100 m from Perros-Guirec's main beach, this fully renovated apartment is on the first floor of the owners' house. Access to the apartment is via a steep staircase with a ramp, outside. The main feature of this beautiful apartment is the balcony off the bedroom, which overlooks the 1.4 km long, sandy beach of Trestraou, a favorite spot for summer visitors to Perros-Guirec. You'll also find Perros-Guirec's Roz Marine thalasso 200 m away, the GR34 50 m away, and 100 m away, take a short boat trip to discover Perros-Guirec's Seven Islands archipelago.
Your apartment on the first floor of a detached house comprises: kitchen, living room, lounge, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, balcony overlooking Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec. Pedro Accueil chaleureux et appartement parfait
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Marie et Michel, un couple charmant, d'une grande générosité et toujours soucieux de notre bien-être. L’appartement est parfaitement situé et équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un séjour confortable et sans souci.
La vue depuis le logement est tout simplement à couper le soufle. Que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour, tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi.

Traumausblick Sehr schöne FeWo mit Traumausblick
nach 12 Stunden Anreise aus Deutschland/Südliche Weinstrasse wurden wir sehr herzlich mit Cidre und Crepes empfangen, der Kühlschrank war mit Allem was für die ersten Stunden wichtig war gefüllt, Milch, Butter, sogar ne Flasche Muscadet wurde nachgereicht, Marmelade, Eier, Reibekäse, Mineralwasser..., es gab viele Tipps und Hinweise für unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne (30x), auch ein Schnellkurs zum Austern öffnen. Täglich konnten wir die Region zu Fuß oder mit unseren E-Bikes erkunden, sehr schöne und typisch bretonische Sehnswürdigkeiten liegen rund um Perros Guirec verteilt, wie Perlen an der Perlenkette. Mit schwerem Herzen, gefüllt mit viel Leidenschaft und Sehnsucht nach der Bretagne sind wir abgereist, wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden, wir kommen wieder..., Kenavo ar wech all

Linde Einfach wunderschön!
Ein mit allem ausgestattetes Appartement mit faszinierenden Meerblick und das sogar beim Zähneputzen. Marie und Michel sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die fürs Wochenende schon mal eingekauft haben und immer für ein Gespräch offen waren, obwohl unsere Französisch Kenntnisse sehr mäßig sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

bernatou PERROS-GUIREC sous le soleil
le gîte est situé dans une belle demeure traditionnelle Bretonne, le logement entièrement rénové ne manque pas de charme avec une vue imprenable et inoubliable sur la mer depuis la chambre à coucher. Très bien équipé, les propriétaires, très sympas, ont le bon gout et la délicatesse de mettre à disposition un certain nombre de denrées bien appréciables pour le voyageur lors de son arrivée.

Paul et Denise Superbe, bien situé, bien équipé, accueillant
C'est difficile d'en rajouter après tous les avis déjà publiés...
Mais tout est nickel
Avec les petits déjeuners sur le balcon de la chambre qui domine la mer !
Et le réfrigérateur déjà fourni à notre arrivée, quel accueil !
En plus, la météo était avec nous presque toute la semaine
Pour les amateurs, nous recommandons les animations de la LPO sur l'Ile Grande à Trébeurden. Et bien sûr les randos sur ces superbes rochers, Ploumanach, l'Ile Renote etc.- Cleanliness
