A true interlude! A beautiful pink stone building typical of the region, located in the suburb of Sainte Barbe, near Paimpol (the city of the Icelanders is 4 km away), Riad de Kerity awaits you in a setting like nowhere else.
It's a journey between Morocco, Savoy and Brittany that will have you dreaming and feeling good right away.
Samira has put all her energy into creating and embellishing this charming home. On-site and by appointment, she will offer you the absolutely authentic and exceptional treatments that are her other business. Resourcing and relaxation guaranteed! The Sea and the GR34, 1 km away, will delight walkers, and a visit to the Beauport Maritime Abbey, 2 km away, is a must. And what about the Museums, the Market, the narrow streets, the stores and the port of Paimpol!
Located on your host's property, your vacation rental includes:
Ground floor: large living room (with wood-burning stove), 2 steps down to fully-equipped kitchen, wc.
On the 1st and 2nd floors: 4 comfortable bedrooms (160x200 beds, one of which can be split into 2 80x200 beds on request), each with an open-plan bathroom with shower and washbasin, and separate wc.
Holiday cottage surrounded by covered and uncovered terraces where you can relax and soak up the sun.
900 m² enclosed property with gravelled courtyard/parking area, lawn and shrubbery. You may come across the owner's dog and cat.
ALL INCLUSIVE (cleaning, bed linen, towels, wood, heating, water!).

Suisse Normande Superbe adresse
Super accueil et superbe résidence TOUT confort. 1SdB + WC séparé dans chaque chambre c'est rare et même exceptionnel ! Une propreté irréprochable.
Nous étions 4 couples d'amis pour randonner dans le secteur. Il y a de très belles randos en proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cadre parfait, localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter les alentours.
Seul bémol, il conviendrait de modifier sur le site les tarifs des soins, demande formulée par la propriétaire de nombreuses fois auprès du site, sans qu'elle perde de sa visibilité!...- Cleanliness

Chris Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé un séjour de plusieurs jours très agréable entre amis. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous,grâce à l'ambiance si confortable et chaleureuse de ce lieu décorée avec tant de soin.
Samira la propriétaire est une très belle personne, accueillante, solaire qui nous a prodigué des soins avec toute sa générosité, sa gentillesse et son attention pour chacun.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire
Gite très agréable, confortable
Tout est prévu pour que nous passions un excellent séjour
Vaisselle, batterie et ustensiles de cuisine en abondance
Très belles chambres (literies confortables),salles de bains avec douche dans chaque chambre ce qui est un plus (nous étions trois couples d'amis)
Endroit très calme. Repos assuré ! Gite bien situé, nous avons pu visiter les alentours sans problème (PAIMPOL, LANNION etc.)

Amis 8 Parfait mariage entre la Bretagne et le Maroc
Le gîte est remarquablement aménagé. 4 chambres avec salles de bains et sanitaires. Une salle à manger et une cuisine très bien équipée. Un salon agréable. Un jardin dont on peut profiter.
