Come and discover this beautiful stone farmhouse located in a former farmhouse, adjoining gîte 130105 and close to the owners' home. You'll enjoy all modern comforts in a typically Breton setting. The location is ideal for discovering our region: 8 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel (10 minutes by car) and the GR34, 15 km from Perros-Guirec (one of Brittany's most beautiful seaside resorts), 13 km from Lannion. You'll also be able to explore a host of tourist sites: Brehat Island, Château de la Roche Jagu, Pleumeur Bodou...
Your vacation rental includes, on the first floor, a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room accessible by 5 steps, WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, a beautiful bathroom with shower, separate WC. Enjoy the outdoors, with a 10 m² south-facing terrace overlooking a large 9000 m² shared landscaped garden. The wood-burning stove will brighten up your autumn and winter evenings (the first basket is free, subsequent ones are €5 per basket).

Gîte très confortable
5/5Super semaine dans ce joli gîte très bien situé au cœur du Trégor , tout près de Tréguier, Perros Guirec, Paimpol. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, au calme, et entouré d’un magnifique parc fleuri. Merci à Liliane pour son accueil et ses bons conseils de visites et suggestions de balades.

Séjour reposant,dans un cadre idyllique on se croirait presque en Martinique avec tous ces palmiers mais la chaleur en moins !!!..... quoique nous avons eu du soleil!!!!merci å Mr et Mme Parmentier- Cleanliness 4/5

Ideal pour rayonner en Côtes d'Armor
5/5Un gîte charmant, propre et fonctionnel idéalement situé pour rayonner vers les sites de Côtes d'Armor : la côte de granit Rose, Brehat, le Radome, Paimpol, ... sont facilement accessibles depuis la ferme de Trostang.
Le jardin de la propriété est superbe et l'accueil des propriétaires permet de se sentir chez soi dès les premières minutes : en résumé une bonne adresse que nous recommandons si vous programmez un séjour dans le secteur.- Cleanliness 5/5

Gîte exceptionnel
5/5Gîte très bien situé, à proximité de tout, dans un cadre verdoyant et surtout au calme. On n'entend aucune voiture. Parking à proximité, sur la propriété.
A l'intérieur, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire et même plus que nécessaire. Rien à redire, propreté irréprochable.Vous serez très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui reste à votre disposition si nécessaire. Elle ne manquera pas de vous donner quelques informations utiles pour votre séjour.
Allez-y les yeux fermés.
