Between Paimpol and Lézardrieux, this newly-built house will provide you with all the comfort you need for a successful vacation. Spacious, bright and well laid out, you'll enjoy cooking or relaxing in the living room with its lovely view over the orchard! On sunny days, you'll love lounging on the sheltered terraces... Sightseeing? The region is rich in attractions: Paimpol, its marina and lively quayside, and Beauport Abbey are just 4 km away. You can also visit Lézardrieux, renowned for its deepwater marina, and the nearby plage du Lédano, a beach on the Trieux with a view of the suspension bridge (2 km). From the port, you can even embark on a cruise on the Trieux, which will take you to the outskirts of Bréhat: a very pleasant and relaxing trip. Finally, a day on the Ile de Bréhat, the island of flowers, which you can visit on foot or by bike.

    Wunderschöne 14 Tage mit unserem Hund

    Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig in einem großen Garten gelegen. Die Raumaufteilung ist geschickt geplant, das Badezimmer großzügig und die Einrichtung ansprechend. Herr Perrot ist ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der sich trotz unserer Sprachbarriere um uns bemüht hatte.

    Séjour à Paimpol

    Séjour agréable dans ce gîte confortable, bien aménagé,
    au calme et baigné de soleil quand il se montre. (assez souvent pour nous)Paimpol est à quelques minutes en voiture, petite ville très sympa, vivante, avec tout ce qu’il faut: commerces, restaurants ….
    De belles balades aux alentours sans faire beaucoup de km,
    Respirer l’air marin , un bonheur.
    Propriétaire agréable, ne pas hésiter, on se sent bien dans cette maison.
    Ps : non mentionné, un sèche linge complète l’inventaire .

    Très confortable

    Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Monsieur Perrot. La maison est très confortable et on n'y manque de rien. Elle se trouve à 2 minutes de Paimpol en voiture. Elle est située dans un endroit calme et possède un grand terrain très bien aménagé. Même si nous sommes venus en hiver, nous sommes persuadés que l'été doit être très agréable d'y séjourner à l'ombre des arbres fruitiers. Je recommande.

    très bel hébergement

    Superbe maison, propre, lumineuse, avec un bel extérieur. Tout y est. On s'y sent bien Beaucoup de place. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et on sent qu'il aime sa région. L'accès au petit jardinet où on peut se servir en légumes est un vrai plus.
    Maison bien située, au calme mais très proche de Paimpol. On recommande les yeux fermées et on garde surtout l'adresse

    Gîte moderne, fonctionnel et très bien tenu ! Accueil au top du propriétaire (merci pour le petit cadeau et les légumes du jardin). Prestations au top, environnement calme et agréable. Je recommande !
